Why is it Spelled Steller and Not Stellar?

Back in the day..."on belay" was the way. To evade the city scene, a small posse would be assembled for a cruise down northern highway 16, a 30 minute wait to clarification and so the "hidden blessing." This was a game of trust and freedom. In this assembly, a lassie, that only few cronies refered to as Stella. Stella soon gained trust among the few.....of Stellar capacity. But on this day...a momentary "ding ding" proved otherwise. As one of the blokes took on the almighty emerald... a lapse (or boo boo some might say) would ensue; "the ball was dropped" so to speak. Stella's Stellar capacity was tainted......her label lost, gone, arrivaderci, was altered for privacy protection..... welcome to steller studios ragazzi. " -MSB

This is must be from her climbing days out at Tyee in Prince Rupert.

Their must have a been a few of us belaying and climbing out there. We all called her Stella in those days.

I think she is making reference to her excellent belaying skills.

Ah here she refers to the tragic day she dropped one of us a little too close for 'Testicular' comfort. She got the name "Stella Ball Breaker' that day!

Well here she claims that the name Stella was partially changed to stelle, by me,to protect her from the ball breaker handle. Well sorry but I am pretty sure that I would not do that, nor will I forget your classy ball breaker handle. Doomed for life. A boy is very close to his testicles you know.
