After talking to Troy Tremblay it became clear that Alternate Root might be a good place to start recommending to clients. The reason is simple. Alternate Root does low quantity runs (less than 500 CDs). Most CD duplicators I have used in the past have a required a minimum of 500 CDs. In most case 500 discs is just too many. As well the prices at Alternate Root Studio seem very fair, so if you're looking for copies you might want to give Troy a call.
